A quick wrap of the summer...

We had lots of fun over the summer, we joined the zoo, went to a few AquaSox games and went on a few adventures to Portland. Here are a few photos!

We finally got a membership to the zoo this year and have made it down there several times. Jackson's favorite animal is the Hippo and the Jaguar.

Brooks Summer Picnic was held at a local park this year, Rick wasn't able to make it but Jackson and I had a good time. The picnic had a circus theme, with games, a play ground and the favorite, a balloon artist. I spent most of my time chasing Jackson around, but he had a blast!

We got Jackson a scooter to ride up and down the neighborhood. He didn't show any interest in his trike, but he kept asking for a scooter (they have one that is shared at daycare), so we got him one!

We had a lot of fun going to AquaSox games with Rick this year. It was nice to show him everything that we were used to doing when Rick used to be working. We started with the bouncy houses, which he used to be deathly afraid of, he can now scale the stairs and manage the slide all on his own. No more sitting in the stands, I think we watch a total of 3 innings all summer.
